Hey all, I have decided to change my life from today. I signed up with ft and I'm really excited to make positive changes to my life. My primary goal is to lose weight and get in to weight training, I'm new to all this stuff and will welcome help from anyone who has a few minutes to give me useful tips in order to acjieve my goal....thanks and looking forward to getting to know alot of poeple on ft.com
