ok im a 15 year old male who is skinny and unhappy with it. I would like to gain muscle but i dont really have a set workout routine. Could anyone help me out by maybe giving me a routine that has worked for them? Thanxx
i got the same problem as you...but the advice i have been given is the only way to get big is to eat big....eat and eat and you will make gains.....as for rutines the rutines on this site are amazing and try them....but most of your gains are due to your diet!!
