my name is michelle and i am a water skier. Because of exams and a lot of other stuff that kept me busy lately i have started skiing again after the winter break WAY LATE! as you all know...when you have a summer sport, that stops in the winter....winter is a time for putting on a few cuddly kilos...and now ive really gotta get them off QUICK...hopefully this site will get me motivated again...but if anyone has tips for stayinging strong in avoiding junk fodd i would appreciate them heaps...WHATS THE BEST FAT BURNING EXCERCISE?
