Hey people, just wanted to post my personal story. I have been on here for about a year now, and only got serious about worrking out about 2 months ago. I made a $20.00 bet with my assistant to see who could lose the most weight. well I soon realized that Losing Weight was NOT what I needed. I needed to add muscle. Before I got serious I was 215 lbs and flabby all over, then to top it off I had a horrible diet. Well back to my story, Last night my wife and I were going to dine out for dinner. We were waiting to get our table and a long time friend of mine walked up and invited us to sit with them. However the restraunt could not fit us at their table, so we just walked over to say Hello and when his wife gave me a hug she asked if I had lost weight. I told her i had lost some inches in the waist and now comes the good part, she said well you look really good. LOL needless to say I didn't eat nearly as much as I had planned. Well just to let everyone know, I have lost approximatly 15lbs and I am in my old college pants. I feel better than I have in years and my wife notices me much more.

Good for you...losing weight is not always the answer. Keep it up man!
