okay im 16, im a male, im 5'8'' and i weight 135lbs i am skinny i have a little muscle on me not very much. I was wondering all of the women on this site if u could help me out or the men if they know from experience.... do girls like guys who are cut and have muscle defenition of a guy who is big and not very cut but can lift a lot.. and whichi will take longer to get results
1- a getting cut stage wit low fat high protein diet and light weights with more reps 2-a high calorie diet and high protien and heaavy weights with less reps beacause i am in the middle of deciding which look i should go for and which will have the best euslts the quickest and which girls like the best thank everyone for the advice!!!! -jimmy |

jimsmith6 welcome to FT. The most sexy thing you can have going for you lies between your ears. If you wanna be buff and cut go for it. Do it for Jim. Look around the sight and pick a workout you like. Start out slow. As your body becomes accustomed to exercise work harder and lift heavier. Good luck.

chalie do you think it would be a waste of my time do do light weights becasue i wanna get cut. i have been tryin 2 get big for the last month and a half n nothings happened and i dont think will no matter how much i eat because i have a fast metabolism. Do u think i will be stonger from lifting light weight and be able to lift more weight? and do you know any good ab exercises i wannna get a 4-pack by summer time how long do u think that should take me? and congratulations on losing 35 lbs man!! -jimmy --thanx charlie |

Jimmy, LOL try only hitting the button once. It takes a while to get where you want to go. You need to start out at the beginner level so you don't hurt yourself. Take a look at the FT workouts in the exercise section. Try a beginners routine. Don't worry that its called beginner. It will be hard enough. Generally you will get better results the heavier you lift. You also need to look at the diet part too. You are very lucky that at your age you can eat about anything you want and not get fat huh? I was that way too. If you work hard between now and summer, you will be amazed at the progress you can make.-------------- Living well is the best revenge. Charlie | |

hey man don't worry about the girls man lol theres ALOT more important things in the world than if a girls likes u cause the way u look, work out for YOU no one else a person male or feamle should liek u for who u are not for ur bench press or squat....cause i sen some big guy s who can left alot but because of there egos girls won't ven give them the light of day-------------- ---andrew.......adversity causes some to break, but others to break records! |

i just read your question about if girls like guys who are skinny but still strong ... well i dont know about all girls but me and all the girls i know do(im 16 too).. and it really doesnt matter if you have BIg muscles or not .. if you find a girl and she done like you for your personality then she really is not worth your time! thats the problem with alot of guys these days they think they have to look a sertain way, but that should be the least of their worrys!!! the way you treat a female is a very important thing and it will help you better than any muscles! hope i was a help! buh-bye!
