I have just finished my first cycle of creatine and was satisfied with the results. I have stopped taking creatine for about 4 days and i feel alot smaller like my muscles have shrunk is this normal? I feel i've lost more muscle than i had before i even started using creatine. When will the muscle start to stay on?i plan on staying off creatine for about 2 weeks before going back on it. Do i have to load again when i go back on it. Some background on me, i'm 20 and i've been working out for 4 months.
