and I wanna cry!
I used to have a flat tummy, but in the last little while I've noticed it grow bigger and bigger.
I exercise somewhat, ranging from pilates, tae bo, boot camp, yoga, and simply running on the tread. Only problem is, I'm not regular.
I'm 24 years old and I weigh about 103lbs. I'm petite, but my belly and thighs have grown bigger. My thighs are really out of shape.

Any specific types of foods I should be having/or cut down on? Any specific exercise program I should be following?

Please help. I'm desperate. I feel awful everytime I look at myself.

Thanks a bunch, in advance. Looking forward to some feedback.

femme_fatal, you can use the fit buddy search to research diet. There is an abundance of great inf on the site. Resistance training in addition to what you already do will round out your exercise. It sounds like the biggest thing you need to do is make a decision about lifestyle. Good decisions can help you the rest of your life. Welcome to FT. If you fill out your profile and tell us a little about yourself, it will help us to help you. Good luck and ask questions.

Take a real look at the food your eating. Any processed stuff in boxes? Cans? Those are a big no no. Boxed is usually high in fat and canned is usually high in sodium.
Thats the formula for maintaing fatty tissue.

theres an old saying "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT" think about it.....if u work out and do lots of cardio and burn 800 calories a day ,then go eat 1600 calories in trans fats and saturated fats and " bad " carbs yea u wil gain weight. but i do have to say if ur 103 lbs i think ur being a lil to hard on ur self! i mean u can't look that bad at 103lbs lol most girls would kill to weight that much lol

Do you sit at a desk all day? Those and your butt are the 3 areas affected the most by a job that has you sitting all day. Like they ^^^ have said. Eliminate some of the bad foods from your diet, add some 'regular' cardio and weight training.
