Physioball exercises

I think that it depends on your goal. If you are a beginner, I really can't justify a reason as these types of exercises does not require you to go heavy and they are very hard to do...requires a lot of balance and torso strength.

What are the benefits to doing exercises on a physioball. The most common exercises I see being done on them are shoulder presses, rear delt exercises and chest presses. A friend of mine told me about leg stuff he does with his trainer but I'm not at that level yet. Should I look into incorporating any of these exercises into my shoulder/chest workouts?

I use the physioball alot, it increases my core strength with every excersize I do on it. I would recommend trying it, mabey with DB shoulder press. I would start with a light weight to get used to it of course.
