ok i have recently discovered how much i liek to superset back and chest together i feel so much more stronger when i do this on both excercise, i can easly add 2 to 3 reps extra per set on bench as well as on my back excercises, but my question is i don't wanan leave out deadlifts i love them, so i have been thinking about a new work out split and i wanted everyones advice.......

workout 1)chest/ back (super sets)
bench press /wide grip cable rows

incline dumbell bench press/reverse grip or regular lat pull downs

flys incline /reverse flys

one arm bench press( hammer stength machine)/lawn mower pulls

dips head down/close grip t bar

workout 2 legs/biceps
below paralell squats( smith machine)high reps low weight
power squats ( heavy)
one leg leg extensions
leg press( high reps)
barbell curls
doubel bicep curls in 2 towers
mutlti incline curls
rope pull downs ( triceps)

work out 3 shoulders/tris
upright rows
shrugs
cleans
alt one arm arnald presses( cleans r taken out every other week and put in are regular military and arnolds are taken out)
behind the neck presses( light)
side raises
close grip bench
cable rope pulls downs
skull crushers( dumbells)
incline curls

work out 4 " THE CORE"
DEADLIFTS
HAMSTRINGS
CALVES
FORARMS
BACK HYPERS
ABBS( WITH WEIGHT)
my question isos wprk out 4 a good work out? and if not any better splits or should i seperate back and chest? I am asking this cause i don't like to do 2 coumpound lifts in one day.I like to be sore but not that drained lol, by the way the other days i do to abbs to but not much weight on the core day instead of doing cruches with my body weight i'll put a 25lb plat on my chest...so any advice?
