I just came across this site and looks like something I can use. I began seriously lifting weights a year ago. I have lost 80 pounds and went from a 44 waist to a 38. I still have a bit of a gut and want to increase my muscle mass. This years goal is to go to 190, I am currently at 215. I would also like to increase my arms,shoulders,chest while decreasing my stomach.
