WOW! Great Site; I joined a few weeks ago and have found myself referring to the message boards at least daily for answers to my questions. I've also been following the FT mass program. I'm a 31y.o. 6'6"; was 272# at about 25% b/f in October; I'm now 231#; about 10% to 12% b/f. Went from a 40 to a 34 waist. This week, I just started the FT mass building program; and I'm really looking forward to seeing further results in my form and size. I live in a rural area and only have access to the weights I have at home; but so far they seem to be working fine. I'd appreciate corresponding with any of you more experienced lifters and getting to know more of you online. Again, Super site!

I am not as advanced as the others, but I would like to welcome you anyway. Congradulations on your progress.

Happy new year
