I am on a football training program right now, were most of my excersises are 6 sets by 5 reps ( squats,bench etc.) i was wondering if i will still put on any muscle mass doing such a low number of reps or i will i just get stronger?
i did somthing to this effect in high school it was called though 5 by 5's, it was really more of a strength thing though but i may be worng usually anyhting under 6 reps is strength, 12-8 size , over 15 body building/endurance
however people respond to different stimili so what works for me might nto work for u , u have to expierement to find what works for u
