Hi! I made a resolution to get in shape but felt I needed a little help. Not good at figuring out what I need to do to get started. So maybe this will help. I don'treally need to lose weight, just tone up.If anyone has advice for me I'd love to hear it.

Good Luck and Happy New Year.

It's not what we eat or drink occasionally, but what we consume on a daily basis that determines our ongoing level o health.

I would first say to fill out your profile so that we know more about you - what your goals/objectives are!

Welcome aboard!

Sign up for a workout routine here at ft. Just answer the questions as they pertain to your goals and ft will set you up. Search the message boards for diet info., suggestions, etc. Ask specific questions as they arise. There are many members here who will be more than glad to help. Good Luck.
