Hi, I am really really interested in not only knowing what i should be eating for my goals (gain muscle mass, lose fat) but also understand exactly what carbs, calories, protein, and everything else in food actually does to me. Can anyone suggest how i should go about learning all this??? Is there a good book, website, or anything.
I am very serious about getting in better shape, but i lose so much motivation over my diet. I want to eat better, but sometimes I'm afraid I'm not getting the right nutrition to fuel muscle growth, and at the same time I may feel that what I'm eating is just going to lead to more fat on my body. i could really use any help i can get.
