OK here goes nothing.......

In the last 11 years I have had three children two were born via c section the last one was born 7 months ago.In the last 11 years I have not worked out.......but now I am very frusterated I need to loose 30 pounds and tighten up my stomach,if that's possible I have ALOT of streach marks.I eat only three meals a day and very little to no junk foods.Where should I begin??????????????

Begin by going to the resources available here on this site. FT will help you set up and exercise program just for you and your needs. It will also give you a rough outline of how many cals/carbs/protien/fat you should be consuming. I say rough cuz it is kind of high on the carbs sometimes. Remember it took you 11 years to get in this shape so it will take some time to get out of it, but you can do it. This site has all the info you need to get started and keep going. I would say start with those 2 things. Good luck.
