Hey ive never posted anything before so here it goes

Ive been working out for almost 3 years and i havent been able to gain any weight or size. Whats worse i started training less frequently and more symmetrical and ive gotten smaller. Someone please help me as i am at my wits end

On first glance I would say that your diet needs to be looked at. Most people who are actively working out and not gaining mass are not eating enough. Also if you haven't taken a break from lifting in awhile you may be overtraining. Take a look at your diet and compare to some of the suggestions here at ft.

i'd go with your diet also. try to add lots of protein or even carbs if you have to.
