I am 5'4" and weigh 116. I am 36 years old and look really good. My measurements are 36, 24, 35. I don't work out to lose weight, I work out to keep my body toned up, which is looking really good. I have been working out for over 6 months. My problem is my stomach. I have had 3 babies and even though there is not alot of flab I still can't get rid of it all. I have toned abs but the little bit of hanging flab is there. Every part of my body is firm except that one area. Is there anything else to do that can help get rid of this extra bit of belly?

Welcome halfpint. 36-3 babies-those measurements! I wouldn't be so hard on myself. The problem is we can't spot reduce. That 'little bit' of flab has to be reduced through diet. Drop your calories about 250 per day for awhile and see if this doesn't help. Good Luck

OMG, I would love to have your measurements, I also had three kids and like agamble said you can't spot reduce and the stomach always seems to be the last to go. to lose the belly you have to lose the excess fat.

If I try to lose the flab in my stomach I will lose weight everywhere else and I don't want to do that. I wear a size 5 in jeans now and I don't want to go any smaller. I guess I should just "suck it up" (no pun intended) and go on. The six pack abs will never be me I guess.

Yes you will lose weight everywhere else but the idea is to lose fat only. Try it and see.
