is it heathly to use whey protein as a meal replacement?

I would have some carbs with it. Maybe some fruit. Also some flax oil, peanut butter, etc. I always consider a meal as having p/c/f. My opinion though.

Whey protein is a supplement, and thats it. Use a real meal replacement (MRP) that contains p/c/f like agamble said.
They also contain vitamins.

Whey protein itself will digest in about 20 minutes. Never take it alone except post workout, and then use simple carbs along with it for max uptake. It is not adequate for a meal.
