If you make your own pasta, try this recipe. (serves 7)

3 cups semolina
4 eggs (with or without yolks)
2 tablespoons olive oil
pinch of salt
a little water if you need it

Make a well in the middle of the flour.
put the eggs in the well.
put the oil in the well.
add the pinch of salt to the well.
Scramble the egg yolks with your fingers, then start to blend in the flour untill you have a nice dough. Add water if it doesn't come together, this depends on the size of the eggs.
Knead it for about 5 minutes or until the dough bounces back after pressing your finger in it.
Then run it through your pasta maker and make what ever you like.

I would love to have pasta right now, but I can't diet and all you know. But I am saving this to make at a later date.

Sounds good, and the best part easy. However, I do like to cook.
