I'm 22, and married, full time worker who works the overnight shift so I can be a full time student. After work is my only chance to get a least an hour workout if I'm lucky? IF I'm not I have to go straight home to pick up my daugher. My questions to you all. Even if I'm tierd do you still think it's a healthy workout, and what about skipping days or switching day? Is that alright for working out, because when I do, I feel like crap. Thanks
