Is that good? Do i need to add anything else into my diet for now? I need to consume close to 4000 calories per day I assume. I am 155 5'8. I realize I won't be able to get 8 hours of sleep a day just on the weekeds :D !!
I work a lot and need to care of the family too (new baby in the family)
