I don.t have any equiptment (apart from a scissor grip, which ahsn't proven useful)and there isn't much exercise to flex the triceps and vicep muscles without getting dumbbells. can anyone give me any other exercise that can help. I can really appreciate it.
Have you tried the program here at FTs for home, with little or no equipment? Off hand, I can think of several different position push-ups, chair dips, etc. Take a look, and good luck...
