When is the best time to take protein supplements? before the workout, after the workout, or both? Also how much protein is a good amount to take at a time? Thanks in advance.

Immediately post workout is optimal along with simple carbs for uptake(for a supplement), then every 3 hours following(this can and should be in whole food, not a supplement,and better this way).

all day long man lol, eat like theres no tomorrow, btu wait abotu an hour before u work out if u eat somthig, and after work out drink a proetin shake immedaitly after ward, hour or so later eat u a whole food
