for breakfast i eat 3 whole egg omlet, with cheese( somtimes hicken breast in it, out of a can), 2 or 3 pieces of turky bacon 1 to 2 pieces of toast( wheat low calorie)with a galss of fat free milk, and a glass of orange juice........my question is my bulk of my fat in take comes from those 3 eggs in the morning , and alot of carbs come from the o.j, is this still a ok breakfast.......i always herd for breakfast its important to eat alotta carbs cause its highly unlikly to get stored as body fat, but i'm also concerned abotu the fat intake.......i also take my mulit vitaman and some omega 3-6-9 caps

For your omelette try 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg, also fat free cheese. I use 1 carton of scramblers, 1 whole egg, fat free cheddar cheese, fat free American cheese, mushrooms, and jalapeno peppers topped with salsa. Yum. Carbs are carbs whenever you consume them. But it is better to eat them earlier in the day. Your body is ready for some energy then.

Eggs are also rich in cholesterol, and logically so are things like the bacon (even though yes, turkey is much healthier than pork). You may want to try to get your carbs from cereals although they tend to be unfulfilling, even for me ^_^
