I am just starting to workout after about 4 years off due to a back injury. I plan on starting out with real light weight and work my way back up.

I just have a quick question though. I noticed the program I signed up for (which is the general program) show real high reps. I am guessing that is because we should be using real light weight. Will these reps decrease and the weight increase as the program progresses?

Also, is the FT pro program worth it? I am thinking about signing up for that but I figured I would try out the free one first to get a feel for the website etc.

Thanx in advance for your help! =)

I definately think that you will gt your money's worth.

If you notice, On some of the exercises, the reps do start off with 10 and then decreases as you increase the number of sets.

You can always make changes to a program to make if fit for you.

The high munber of reps in the sets are meant for warm ups.
You decide the weight, but increase as you do less reps.
Good Luck
