Since everybody's goals, tastes, budgets, etc. are different it is very hard to get a written diet plan. You are probably going to have to do the math yourself. However, some guidelines to follow. Divide your total calories into 5 or 6 meals. That will give you your totals for each meal. (Doesn't have to be exact just approx.) Each meal you want to have a protein, carb, and maybe some good fat. Good protein sources are chicken, turkey, fish. Carbs- brown rice, potato, veggies, beans. Read your food labels. Take your time, do it right, and you will be fine. Be patient because it truly is a process that is learned. Search for specific foods meal plans using fit buddy. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
