Diet should be your #1 concern right now. It HAS to get clean and the calories have to be managed. 90 kg puts you right around 200 pounds if I did my math right. Try reducing your calories to around 2200 a day, coupled with some kind of physical activity.
You don't have to jog. Just find some way to get up and moving. Any physical activity burns calories. Power walking is perfectly acceptable.
