I started the new workout using cardio as 20 mins of a hit type of cardio. I was amazed how tired I was. 12 wks of this in my routine I'll keep ya informed. Thanks again to all who encourage the diet, workout and cardio info. We'll see!!!

You can always tell if you do HIIT correctly...you are just so damned glad when that 20 minutes is over!!

I like to mix in the HIIT stuff every other day, it works.

The thing about cardio is you tend to hate it whilst doing it but after it's over you feel on top of the world.I thnik that's what is my driving force when I do it.

I always feel wonderful after working out too, especially when I do good stretches I feel great!
I'm with chimchim ... what is the HIIT? Does it mean you go faster or what?

I actualoly like working out, its getting to the gyme that is the hardest part. But once I am there, I get in a very good mood.
