Getting Cut

Im already about 210 from training for about 3 years. I put myself not so much on a diet but on a cut down of intake. Do you think this will take away from my size? When i stop training i drop weight fast but thats from losing muscle will not eating as much change my weight?

Sorry I'll make myself more clear. I just want to know if I work out and cut back on intake of food will I lose weight or stay about the same?

You will lose fat, not necessarily "weight." If you are correctly adding lean mass, you will either stay the same or gain weight...but you will look a lot more defined. Hope this answers your question...

I assume the reason for this is because you are gaining muscle fster than losing fat. Am I correct?

No. Consuming less calories, but continuing with progressive weight training will help you add lean muscle mass. So, as you lose the fat and by gaining lean muscle mass, you may not necessarily notice your weight going down.

Okay. So, lets say we don't want to lose weight, but fat. How do you attack this problem.
