Heh. Well, after seeing that... I may just skip rice entirely.
But if I do have rice again, I will make it brown.

WI just looked at the back of the bag of Uncle Bens Plain White rice.
For half a cup (125ml):
350+ Calories
11 Grams of fat
50+ Carbs
Holy. Crap.
I always thought rice was a light food. Guess not!

Plus white rice is heap big sugar!! Use brown rice, full of fiber and good b vitamins, carbs that you can use.
