I'm not good with picking foods that are good for me and low fat. I always wondered why I gained so much weight but ate so little food. After using the nutrition tracker I see that I often go over my fat grams for the day even though I don't eat much. Can anyone help? What are the more common low fat foods? Does baking my meats instead of frying or broiling really make a huge difference in terms of the fat content? What about starchy foods like rice, and potatoes?

Need lots of advice. I've decided that I am going to get everything I can possibly get out of this program. That might mean driving everyone here crazy with my questions but, I feel only good can come of it in the end.

Thanks
