Can someone give me an example of what kind of information to include in my profile that would make answering some questions I may have easier? I'm soaking up info like a sponge and want to keep up the pace.
Your current nutrition, workout routine and other health-related statistics that will provide more information. It would also be nice if we knew how long you've been working out and if you consider yourself to be a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainer.
