Is there a way to change the nutrition program like you can the exercise program? I do not want to consume as many carbs as it it suggesting. I do not need to loss/gain weight, I just need to tone and tighten, especially the ab area.
You can change your goals. For instance you can choose 'weight loss', 'progressive gains', or 'gain mass'. The numbers provided are based on your current status and the goal you choose. The individual numbers are kind of 'hardwired'. Many have a problem with the amount of carbs suggested. Simply drop the numbers on your own and evaluate your results.
