I've just started using nitro-tech protein shakes, but am a little unsure of the serving size. On the nutrition info part (thats on all food) it says one serving is 1 scoop (29 grams), with 20 grams of protein. I don't have a scale, so I can't weigh it out or anything. Do any of you guys know about how much 29 grams of powder is in cups or tablespoons or something? Also if I'm trying to gain mass how much protein should I take in everyday (I'm 5' 8", 130 lbs)?

There should be a plastic scooper in the jug...probably on the bottom -- you'll have to dig it out.

As far as daily requirements, probably about 1-1.5g per pound of bodyweight (or in your case, 130-195g).

I got some stuff on my last order that didn't have a scoop either. You should be looking at approximately 2 tablespoons, or 6 teaspoons, to get 29 grams. Approximately being the key word.
