I have the motabolism of a sloth, I swear! I can work out and count calories and lose very little. I had a work out buddy who was the same size as me and she did less than I did and just melted away. Any tips? I am getting very frustrated!!!!!

Yes start lifting heavy (but for no more than 45 mins), do HIIT, break up your daily meals, eat more proteins and finally do this for at least 4-6 weeks to get the needed results.

HIIT is high intensity interval training....There are literally hundreds of posts about it..search HIIT and you will find them...
I read a ton of them and started incorporating it into my workouts, because I have the EXACT same problem as you...little, to no, metabolism, which just sucks...anyway, that really made quite a difference...granted I fell off the wagon during the holidays, but I am getting back into it! It is great!! People around here really know what they are talking about! Very helpful site!!
