iam 5'11' and about 115lbs(20yr old male) iam just starting to get in to working out i want to gain the pounds and be over all bigger/stronger alot of guys at my work are taking NO2 i got a bottle but havent taken any yet, just wondering if it will help me at all?i havent starting training yet either its very hard to find the time between kid/wife&work
if any one has ideas about gaining pounds or about NO2 please let me know
