The NO2 text book -"the 21 day transformation" identifies what you should expect over the 21 day cycle.
Basically don't expect anything in days 1-3. It does however repeatedly stress cycling off creatine prior to use then adding it back in after day 10. So i did.
As the book says, and in line with expecations, nothing has happened yet. No concern here. FWIW i am following its program to the letter to try to mirror the expectations it lays out.
Up comming expections - Days 4-7- (Paraphrasing the book)
In days 4-7 I'm supposed to expect the perpetual pump starting out with taut muscles and progressing toward noticeably larger "pumps". Muscular indurance is supposed to ellevate over the next 14 days and body fat should decrease. Additionally I should begin to notice an increase in "bonafide" lean muscle.
I'll check back in on Day 7 to let you know how it worked out.

Whats your BF%? Just curious. You'll start feeling some changes after day 5 or so, like a better pump.
-------------- May the lift be with you.

You will feel some changes after day 5, and especially after day 21! The change will be mental though rather than physical, as in I should have done my research first! Your wallet is "lighter" for sure.
-------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything....

I just love it! BB1 you're a riot. At least those of us who have tried it know to spend our money on something else rather than that stuff (food?). Hope you find what you're looking for RWC24_7, but it's not in that bottle. Good luck!
