Hi...Im not good at this Protein, Carbs and Fats stuff. I was always fit growing up and then even after my first child. Now I have a second child that is 3yrs old and can't seem to loose anything this time around. Everyone tells me Im not big but Im not happy with myself anymore. Please someone give me an idea on each catigory as far as Protein, Carbs and Fats what has what in it that is good to eat. I don't know these things. I can't seem to find a list in here for each catigory telling me what is what. Thank You and Wish me luck. I just want to loose 4-6 sizes and about 45lbs. That will put me back happy again about myself.
Good Luck to all of you as well!!!

Look in the 'diet and nutrition' section for a post entitled 'bodybuilders grogery list' posted by bb1 fit. That should give you an idea.

Thank You
I found a site (not sure if I can put it up here) that tells you any food you can think of in alphabetical order how much protein, carbs, fat, calories, serving size and so on. I'm gonna try and use that site and use this site to help me do it. If anyone wants it or if i can post it in here just let me know and I will do that.
Thank You
