Hello, I was wondering if a female can answer this.

Will doing inclined/flat bench dumbells flyes make girls 'flatter/smaller' in the chest area because it targets the chest part?

I've been doing weights now for over 2 years, going as heavy as I can and I haven't detected a difference. However, please note that bodies are different and 2 people doing the same thing can get different results. On that note, I read from one of the winners from either Ms Olympia or Ms Fitness (can't remeber her name right now) that she only liked doing inclines because it worked better for her breasts than doing flats.

I just started doing incline DB flyes for variety.. Before I had used the pec deck for flyes, and had done incline BB press. Breasts are mostly fatty tissue and will get smaller as you lose weight (fat). You cannot make them bigger by exercise, but you can firm up the muscles underneath that support them. If you haven't, try decline presses too. These are great for breast support.
