I am a new member here and am excited to get into the gym. I have my personal workout profile. The one thing it doesn't tell me is how much weight do I start out with when doing these exercises?

You have to experiment to get that. On each lift find a weight you can lift for the low number of reps. Then start with 50 or 60 % of that for your first lift.
