I have never been fit and I started college this past fall - I gained 15 pounds! I have a very important interview in about 5 weeks and I want to try to lose that plus a few more so that I do not look like a slob at the interview. Does anyone have any advice for me?
I think the most important thing to do it to is to use weightlifting/exercising as a way to cope with college stress....I personally find it more convienent to exercise when I'm stressed. Not only do I WANT to exercise, I also exercise harder.
try doing 4-6 cardio sessions a week for about 30-45minutes also
and make sure to not forget about your diet, or else all the work for exercising will go to waste
