I'm New to the board & started the beginners program last week. I am so proud that I was able to use 5# weights this morning! I know that doesn't sound like much but 10 weeks ago I couldn't lift a gallon of milk. Thanks so much for this great site. I am motivated to get back into fighting shape.

Congrats, Nancy. Shoulder injuries seem to be very common. I know I have had to take it easy on mine a couple times. Keep up the good work.
