Hi, my name is Di and I just joined the site. I'm an avid exerciser and I hope to get tips and ideas for strength training. I jog three times a week, and do spinning four times a week; take pilates twice a week, kickboxing once, a strength training class once, a yoga class and do my own routine twice. I know one is supposed to rest but I really enjoy my workouts so I don't. Professionally, I work for an insurance company doing CRM.
