Hello, my name is John and I am 44 years old, I am very active in that I participate in 7 to 10 triathlons each year, I am looking for a training program that will help build my Core stregth, I did not select a program as I was un sure which would meet my needs, advise would be helpful in this area.

Welcome to FT! I always favor resistance training to Pilates or Yoga for core strength development. Why not try FT's 12-week ab program? The challenge will come as you add heavier weights to these exercises...

Sorry I think I set up my account wrong, can you help, I am looking to only add core training for two days, When I added the ab program as you suggested, it know has me set up for 4 days? I would like to train Mon and Wed doing the ab workout program, how do I correct this?
