Hello everyone. Why is is the short people take longer to lose weight? I am 4'9 and 120 lbs and would like to lose the extra 20. I do ride my exercise bike for 30 min daily (18km per hour ??)watch what i eat and do resistance training 3 days a week. What am i doing wrong? PLEASE HELP

Im not sure of my bf% but my diet consists of lots of vegatables fruit and lean meats. For example
Breakfast-1 serving cereal and yogurt
Lunch- Salad with vinegar and light oil
Dinner-Chicken breast with vegatables and serving of bread
I usually snack of fruits and drink lots of water like 6 32oz bottles. I do measure out servings thats the thing. I guess i just have a extra slow metabolism. Can u help?
