Hello...i just wanted to know how long it takes to lose weight normally?Do you know of anywhere i can get a run down of how many calories i should take in a day?

I just joined this site so info might not be right on target, but everything I've read is 2# a week is healthy weight loss. There is also a link to nutrition on this site & you fill out the form & it gives you what precentage of carbs, protein, & fat ratio for your goals. Do not get discouraged it might take a few days (weeks) to figure it all out. Good luck.
