I recently signed up to FreeTrainers. I am a college student and I was wondering if there are any other college students that are wondering about the nutrition aspect of this? The only things I have access to are tacos, burgers, pizza, and things like that. What should be done to couple nutrition with exercise when all I have at my fingertips is fatty fast foods?
