I've gotten onto a strict diet now, eating about 2200 calories, 180g protein, and 275g carbs a day. One of the common meals i eat is .5c brown rice, with 3oz chicken breast.

I was wonderin if anyone has any good ideas for seasoning to make this taste better. I'm really not a fan of rice, but i know i gotta eat it.

Thanks a lot

You can add lots of garlic to it. You will stay warm! And it tastes great. Also Olive oil.

Seasonings are good. Try chopping up some veggies and adding to your rice. It wouldn't have to be much just enough to add some flavor. Mushrooms, peppers, onion, salsa

Red hot is also good on rice. Heck red hot is good on everything.

I put some beef boullion in the water while cooking the rice, with some garlic and onion. And I have to agree with Charlie on the after cooked stuff, soy sauce and terriyaki, mmmmmmmm.
