Weight lost Time

What is the adverage time for weight lost. I am working out 4 times a week and doing cardio about 5-6 times for about 30 mins to an hour and a half. I just want an idea. I am only wanting to lose 20-30lbs. (i want the fat to go into muscle)

Can anyone help me get an idea of time?

To lose that much "safely," I would say this should take about 15 weeks. Losing weight too fast is just asking to gain it all back later on.

Save your money on supplements. Eat clean, lift heavy and do your cardio. Use a tape measure more than scales for progress checks.

Muscle is heavier than fat. You may get much thinner and lose very little weight.
