Nikki you can use the free trainers nutrition tool to get a good break down for your body type.
-------------- I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

And it depends greatly on your goals. They (macros)will be different for different goals, for instance gaining or trying to lose fat.

Bingo, bb1.
Nikki, tell us a little about yourself, your routines, your goals, etc. Also, fill out your profile. I'm sure we'll be able to help from there.

I am actually just starting out... I started with changing the way i eat. I am eating 5 - 6 times a day starting at about 10 in the morning.
10am - a bowl of shredded wheat cereal with skim milk ( very little, i hate milk)
1pm - I will have a cajun chicken salad on my way to work
4pm - i have some soup or a meal replacement shake( if i remember to bring it to work)
7pm - this meal differs depending on the day today i had a grilled chicken breast with green beans and brown rice
10pm - i usually have a yogurt or something, not really hungry at this time...
